Q. Who is OTCS and how to join/renew?
To join or renew your membership, simply attend our next workshop and pay cash on the spot.
Q. How can I be kept posted of your events?
Everyone, both members and non-members are welcome to subscribe to our mailing list to be kept posted of our events.
Also, please join our Telegram Channel t.me/onlinetradersclub to be notified too, in case our emails got into your spam folder by any chance.
Last but not least, the most reliable way, is to check our events page regularly 🙂
Q. I don’t know how to cancel the tickets I booked. Help!
Cancellation can only be done on a computer, not via the Eventbrite app on mobile devices.
Q. I have registered for a workshop but I cannot make it. How can I cancel my ticket?
Please follow the instructions here to cancel your ticket using your computer, if you cannot make it. That’ll help allow those on the waiting list to come and also avoid food wastage.
Q. I’m registering for a workshop for myself and my friends. Do I just enter my own particulars multiple times? Or do I enter their particulars on their behalf?
Please DO NOT enter your own particulars multiple times when you register for our events. They will be treated as duplicates and will be DELETED without notice.
Please give the link to your friends and tell them to register themselves 🙂
Q. I did not register for a workshop, can I just turn up at the door?
Please don’t. As we may not have enough seats.
Q. I’m on the waiting list, can I just turn up at the door?
Please don’t. As we may not have enough seats. If sufficient members cancel their tickets, we will inform you to register for your tickets.
Q. Do you always hold your events at the same venue?
No, we DO NOT always use the same venue. We may use venues in Raffles Place, Bras Basah, and Orchard, amongst others. Please make sure you check the event’s page for the correct venue.
Q. Can I speak at OTCS workshops? Can I suggest speakers to OTCS?
We’re always on the look out for good speakers on topics related to investing, trading and finance.
Q. Do you always provide food/dinner?
No, not always. But we try to. If we do provide, it might be simple bread or simple boxed meal, first come first served while stocks lasts.
